We started our lesson with a story which is about a man and a butterfly. The story is about a man who has a caterpillar who is inside a cocoon, on the day that the butterfly will go out of its cocoon the man waited. There's only a small opening in the cocoon and the man thought that the butterfly was having a hard time to emerge that's why he cut the opening thinking that it will help the butterfly. After that, the butterfly died earlier than the span that it must have lived.
The story teaches us a lesson. We should not use shortcuts in life. Our life has its process that will help us to be stronger for us to face our struggles in life. We must also learn that everything has its time, we don't need to rush things up.
The story is related in a way in our topic. A life of a butterfly can be compared to a life of a man. Like what I have stated above the life of a butterfly and a man has processes that don't need shortcuts. Shortcuts should not be used because in the future you will be the one who will suffer. I am encouraging my co-students to be in the process of life so that in the future we will become beautiful butterflies.
